PIMS Transaction Number: 25-634578 Covered Entity: Friesen Group The covered entity (CE), Friesen Group, reported that an unauthorized party gained access to the protected health information (PHI) of 17,356 individuals. The PHI involved included clinical and demographic information. In response to the breach, the CE implemented additional administrative, technical, and security safeguards, and retrained workforce members to better protect its PHI.
