The covered entity (CE), Magie Mabrey Hughes Eye Clinic dba Arkansas Retina, reported that its business associate (BA) experienced a ransomware attack that affected the protected health information (PHI) of 57,394 individuals. The PHI involved included names, dates of birth, addresses, Social Security numbers, lab results, medications, and diagnoses.
