The covered entity (CE), Northeast Georgia Health System, reported that its business associate (BA) experienced a cybersecurity incident that compromised the protected health information (PHI) of 24,849 individuals. The PHI involved included names and addresses. The CE notified HHS, affected individuals, and the media.
