The covered entity, Phoenician Medical Center, reported that its network was hacked and compromised by ransomware that affected the protected health information (PHI) of 163,532 individuals. The PHI involved included names, state identification, dates of birth, diagnoses, medications, health insurance information, and other treatment information.
